Barry Bolitho

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Bolitho is an experienced mining industry executive who has had development and operational roles in Industrial Minerals, mineral sands, base and precious metals.

His current and most recent board positions include Chairman of Jabiru Metals Ltd and Blackwood Corporation and until December 2010 a Director of Andean Resources.

John Mears

Non-Executive Director

Mr Mears is an experienced mining industry executive and has been a member of the Investment Team of the Sentient Group “Sentient”) since its inception in 2001 where he retains the position of Chief Geologist. He is a licensed geologist in the USA with over 15 years experience in exploration and mining. He has served on the board of a number of junior explorers and has successfully established and operated a consulting firm and drilling company. As Chief Geologist for Sentient, Mr Mears has the role of ensuring that geological assessments are undertaken at the highest standard by qualified personnel as well as initiating new exploration concepts. .

Cheryl Wilson

Non-Executive Director

Cheryl Wilson has over 17 years of experience in the mineral resource industry and a wide range of management experience in banking, law, marketing and corporate development. She has vast experience on the Oregon mineral sands project where she has been responsible for the overall management and operations. Ms Wilson also manages Dynamex Resources Corporation (Illinois project) operations.

Michael Brickell

Deputy Chairman & NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Michael Brickell has over 40 years of experience at senior management levels in retail business enterprises in England , Europe and North America . He was the President of Resource Finance and Investment Limited from 1996 until June 2006 and is now Chairman of the Board. He is also Chairman and CEO of Cotswold Collections Limited, a retail mail order company based in Cheltenham , England.

Philip J. Garratt

Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer – IMC, PRESIDENT – ORC

Philip Garratt has over 25 years of experience at senior management levels in diverse enterprises. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the predecessor company to Resource Finance and Investment, until he resigned in 1993. During his tenure, he commenced the Oregon and Kentucky Zinc projects as well as the precious metal exploration subsidiary in Venezuela. Mr. Garratt rejoined the Company in July 2004.

David Kong

Non – Executive Director

David has Bachelor degree in Business Administration, is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Director (ICD.D) of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He was a partner of Ellis Foster Chartered Accountants between 1981 and 2004 before merging with Ernst & Young LLP in 2005 where he was a partner until 2010. During his over 30 years of public accounting / auditing career, David focused mainly in mining companies listed on the North American exchanges.

Scott Mison

Company Secretary

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting and Business Law, is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Chartered Secretaries Australia. Scott is also a director and company secretary of several public listed and unlisted companies.
